Admittedly, living in Miami is always exciting for everyone. With this in mind, the famous Mexican singer Thalia and Tommy Mottola have bought an $8 million condo at the “Four Seasons” in Miami’s Surfside. The Kobi Karp Architecture and starchitect’s firm outlined this minimalist white-and-glass pattern hotel-condo construction. This project was finished in 2017.
This 4000 sqft apartment is very suitable for getting a beautiful view of sand views of the city skyline and the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony. With an open floor plan, these Condos of the building consist of wall-to-wall glass windows.
This condo is designed by the famous architect Richard Meier. The house has four bedrooms with Italian travertine floors. This condo also has five bathrooms, kitchen cabinetry, laundry room, and separate maid’s room. The building also offers the residents a gym, a spa, pools, including a private beach cabana.
According to The Real Deal, there are a few high-class residents at the Surf Club. Some of them are- WeWork CEO Sandeep Mathrani, Groupon founder Eric Lefkofsky, and Miami Heat president Pat Riley, etc. Although they have another property in South Florida, and they also sold a manor house in Greenwich, for approximately $15 million. Yet there’s no skepticism that this famous ‘Mexican singer’ should have a good time in the condo with her lovely family.
